SUSTAINABILITY /

Nirvana focuses on developing long-lasting products that minimise our environmental impact. We optimise the use of sustainable materials such as recycled materials (GRS certified), FSC-certified wood and water-based lacquer, with a growing number of eco-certified products that abide by the OEKO and REACH standards. We have strict regulatory requirements, and the majority of our products are tested to comply with international standards for strength, durability and safety.

FSC™ CERTIFICATION /

The majority of Nirvana’s wooden items are FSC™ certified. This means the products are made from FSC™-certified wood sourced from sustainable forests with responsible management that reduces deforestation and ensures the forests’ future preservation. Certified products are your assurance that Nirvana’s products have been produced in a socially, economically and environmentally responsible way.

OEKO-TEX® and REACH STANDARDS /

At Nirvana, we incorporate strict OEKO-TEX® and REACH standards into every aspect of our business. Our commitment to OEKO-TEX® ensures our textiles are free from harmful substances, creating safer products for our customers. Complying with REACH, a comprehensive European Union regulation, means we’re dedicated to minimizing the environmental impact of our chemical usage. Each supplier we work with adheres to these rigorous standards, enabling us to offer superior, sustainable products that benefit both our consumers and the planet.

GMP CERTIFICATION /

At Nirvana, we prioritize sustainability and ethical practices as an integral part of our corporate DNA. We are proud to be a Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) certified organization, consistently achieving exemplary scores of 95% and above. This certification is a testament to our rigorous adherence to quality and safety standards, and a commitment to the best industry practices. Now, we are bringing our steadfast commitment to sustainability to our digital doorstep. Our website is currently undergoing a transformation to reflect our eco-conscious ethos. By implementing green web hosting, we are reducing our carbon footprint, and ensuring our online operations are as environmentally-friendly as our manufacturing process. We’re optimizing our website’s load times and performance to consume less energy, and partnering with organizations to offset the remaining carbon emissions. Through these sustainable practices, we aim to create a harmony between our digital and physical world, keeping our planet’s well-being at the forefront of all that we do.

GRS CERTIFIED MATERIALS /

At Nirvana, we proudly adhere to the Global Recycle Standard (GRS), a certification that validates the recycled content of our products and endorses our traceable, responsible production process. Through the use of certified recycled materials such as rPET and rNylon, we are actively fostering a circular economy, reducing the demand for new raw materials and diminishing environmental impact. Customers choosing our products can trust they’re making an eco-friendly choice without compromising on quality.

WATER-BASED LACQUER /

Nirvana focuses on developing long-lasting products that minimise our environmental impact. We optimise the use of sustainable materials such as recycled materials, FSC-certified wood and water-based lacquer, with a growing number of eco-certified products. We have strict regulatory requirements, and the majority of our products are tested to comply with international standards for strength, durability and safety.

ECO DELIVERY /

Recognizing the crucial role of freight transportation in global sustainability, Nirvana has made this a core area of focus. Our pursuit of a reduced carbon footprint has led us to the adoption of greener transport methods for our products on a global scale. To this end, we’ve joined forces with Maersk ECO Delivery, an initiative substituting conventional fossil fuels with sustainable, low-carbon alternatives. These ECO fuels, approved by the International Sustainability and Carbon Certification (ISCC) body, are derived from recycled sustainable biomass. Our collaboration with Maersk ECO Delivery will span our Europe and APAC oceanic transportation, symbolizing a significant stride towards operating our business in an increasingly sustainable and responsible manner.

ACCESSORIES WITH ENVIRONMENTAL FOCUS /

Our accessory line-up offers many eco-friendly substitutes to virgin plastic or single-use items, featuring reusable shopping bags, straws, and water bottles.
